Project: Refurbishment
We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Kilmarnock. This is an immediate start for a manager who excels in fast-paced refurb environments and can manage subcontractors effectively to meet tight deadlines.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations. Key duties include:

Overseeing all on-site activities and managing specialist subcontractors.

Ensuring high standards of health and safety and conducting site inductions.

Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the Project Manager.

Quality control and ensuring the refurb is delivered to the required specification.

Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black Card.

Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects (commercial or residential).

Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Availability: Must be able to start immediately.

Rate: £24ph via Umbrella.
