Summary
Electrician required to start immediately on a large social housing responsive repairs scheme working in and round Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton on a permanent basis.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties are carrying out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required in tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
The working hours are 40 per week plus generous paying ON CALL rota 1 in every 6-8 weeks. The annual salary is £35,000. A van and fuel card is provided.
There is street parking on site.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
- 18th Edition
- Gold CSCS/JIB Card / AM2 Qualification
- Social Housing Experience
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
