Flexible permanent contracts – 33 or 44 hours per week
Days available - 8am to 8pm

About the role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, personalised care to residents while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Provide tailored care to meet each resident’s individual needs
Support with daily living tasks including personal care, dressing and mobility
Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake
Engage residents in meaningful activities
Follow and understand individual care plans
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in condition
Support skin care and pressure area management
Ensure residents’ comfort, safety and dignity at all times
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conduct
SSSC registration (or willingness to register)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
