The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work within a high-end corporate catering environment in Canary Wharf.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen delivering high-quality food in a structured, weekday-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
Maintaining consistency and quality across service
Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
Adhering to allergen and dietary requirements
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Senior CDP
Experience within contract catering or high-volume kitchens preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Compliance Requirements (Banking Environment)
Right to Work in the UK
Basic DBS check required
Adverse financial (credit) check required
Proof of employment history via GOV.UK service
References covering recent employment
