The Headteacher and Governors of Shiney Row Primary School are seeking to appoint an ambitious, passionate and skilled leader to join our successful and dedicated staff team.

We are looking for a skilled and effective practitioner with enthusiasm and energy who:
Is an excellent classroom teacher
Is able to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and related pedagogy across the primary age range
Is an inclusive practitioner with ambitious standards and high expectations for all pupils
Has experience of leading an area of school, with a proven track record of raising standards
Is well organised and highly motivated
Has strong and effective behaviour management skills
Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire both students and staff
Has a collaborative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
