A rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider based in Gloucester is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Engineer to strengthen its technical service desk team. This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to a wide range of technologies, alongside opportunities to work on live infrastructure projects in a fast‑paced MSP environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, varied client work, and developing their skill set within a supportive and forward‑thinking company.

The role:
- Providing 2nd line support within a busy IT service desk
- O365 administration and user support
- Troubleshooting Outlook and email issues
- DNS and DHCP support
- Routers, switches, and wireless networking
- Supporting SharePoint, Azure, Teams, and Intune
- Diagnosing and resolving escalated technical issues
- Working on live infrastructure, upgrade, and project work
What we're looking for:
- Proven 2nd line experience within an MSP or service desk environment
- Strong Microsoft stack knowledge
- Confident troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
