Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, licences, deeds and related property documentation
- Advising on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
- Providing clear, timely and pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
- Attending meetings with internal clients and external stakeholders, both virtually and in person as required
- Identifying legal risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with governance and procedural requirements
