Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Toddler Room


£30,160 per annum | 40 hour per week across 4 Days | Ofsted Rating - Good



Conveniently located and genuinely welcoming, our client's Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a setting where families feel at ease and children feel right at home. With large, bright rooms designed for different age groups and spacious outdoor play areas that give children endless opportunities to explore, discover, and have fun - this is a nursery that has got the environment just right.



They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their Toddler Room team and help create the warm, stimulating experiences that this age group thrives on.



What Our Client Is Looking For



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential

  • Experience working within a nursery, ideally with toddlers or a similar age group

  • A warm, patient, and energetic approach - essential for working with this age group

  • A good understanding of EYFS and toddler development

  • A reliable, enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities



  • Delivering nurturing, high-quality care and early years education within the Toddler Room

  • Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers' development and curiosity

  • Making full use of the nursery's spacious outdoor play areas to enrich children's daily experiences

  • Observing and documenting children's progress in line with EYFS, communicating meaningfully with families

  • Building warm, consistent relationships with toddlers, supporting their emotional security and independence

  • Working collaboratively with the room team to maintain high standards of practice and a positive environment
