Parts Sales Advisor
Our client, a reputable automotive centre located in Norwich, Norfolk, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to utilise their automotive parts knowledge, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. The role offers a supportive working environment within a well-established company, ideal for career progression.

- Competitive basic salary of £30,467 per annum
- Realistic on-target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm working hours
- One in three Saturday mornings, 8am to 12.30pm, on rotation

Duties of a Parts Sales Advisor:
- Provide expert advice to customers on automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs
- Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets by actively promoting relevant products and services
- Accurately identify, locate, and supply parts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively utilise product promotions to meet sales targets
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships both face-to-face and via telephone
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives and delivering excellent service
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry and competitor activity
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently within KPI frameworks
- Use company systems accurately for searching, ordering, and processing parts and documentation
- Follow up on customer orders, credit status, and ensure timely communication
Requirements of a Parts Sales Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
