About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager to lead a high-performing care home in Leicester. As Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational and clinical management of the home
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets
Maintain high occupancy levels and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure exceptional standards of care and resident satisfaction
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN preferred
Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards
Commercial awareness and budget management experience
