We're partnering with a highgrowth fast growing global Tech scale up oporating within the safgarding space. This is a first‑of‑its‑kind brand hire for the business and a rare opportunity to take full ownership of brand strategy, positioning, and execution at a pivotal moment of growth.
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager to lead a full re-brand through brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, campaigns, PR and content. Your new role
As Senior Brand Manager, you will own the brand's strategy, identity, voice, and creative direction across all channels. You'll work closely with the stakeholders, acquisition, and product teams to ensure consistent, compelling and strategic brand expression and strategy while driving campaigns, content, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives.
This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and evolve the brand's tone of voice, messaging and creative identity.
- Conduct audience and market research to inform positioning.
- Lead the creation of all brand assets including web, video, social, campaigns, and print.
- Develop clear creative briefs and oversee production quality across internal and external teams.
- Own the brand content calendar - announcements, PR stories, campaigns, case studies and video content.
- Partner with acquisition teams to create assets that support growth and SEO visibility.
- Define the social strategy and ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across all channels.
- Stay current on platform trends to inform social direction and competitor awareness.
- Identify and manage creator partnerships, ambassadors and external media relationships.
- Secure high‑value press placements and run collaborative partner campaigns.
- Lead video production from concept through to distribution.
- Manage brand presence at events, sponsorships, and community activations.
- Track brand metrics including sentiment, reach, PR performance and campaign impact.
- Use insights to refine messaging and improve creative output.
- Recommend future team structure as the brand evolves.
- Champion efficient, future‑focused ways of working, including the use of AI in creative processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong background in Brand Management or Senior Brand roles
- Proven experience in brand strategy and positioning
- Excellent creative direction and storytelling skills
- Hands-on organic social and content leadership experience
- PR, partnerships and campaign management experience
- Commercially minded with a data-led approach
- Experience within digital, scale-up or high-growth environments
- A proactive person who enjoys making things happen
