We are seeking a Brand Marketing Executive to support the delivery of brand marketing activity across food and coffee brands.​

This role will contribute to the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and supporting a variety of site-level marketing needs.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in brand marketing and a strong creative eye, who can work collaboratively across multiple brand groups and assist with campaign planning, artwork coordination, and site mobilisation.

​This includes supporting a wide range of seasonal and thematic campaigns such as wellbeing, sustainability, summer, autumn, and Christmas.

Key Responsibilities​

Support creation and delivery of food and coffee marketing campaigns.

Work with the in-house graphic designer on artwork development and distribution.

Assist with photography selection, briefing, and coordination.

Handle bespoke marketing requests from restaurants and coffee shops.

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across all sites.

Support mobilisation of new sites, ensuring full provision of marketing materials.

Provide marketing support for digital screens, posters, and site-based apps.

Support site communications through seasonal product pushes and educational campaigns.

Work across four brand groups: two restaurant brands and two coffee shop brands (high street and normal).

Liaise with design agencies when required, with an artworking focus.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Brand marketing experience (not social-media focused).

Understanding of brand guidelines, brand messaging, and campaign execution.

Creative eye for design and brand identity.

Ability to support campaign planning, execution, and site marketing support.

Willingness to travel for site visits, supporting coffee shops, restaurants, brand rollouts, and mobilisations.

Experience within food, hospitality, or retail marketing (desirable but not essential).

Understanding of digital signage and app-based customer communication (desirable but not essential).
