Our client, a well‑established and growing business based in Knowsley, is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their Head Office team. This is a warm sales role working exclusively with an existing customer base - no cold calling involved.
You'll receive structured support, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will:
- Represent the company by promoting and selling products and services to existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and email
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on warm leads
- Build strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service and commercial support
- Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify customer needs
- Open and manage new spending accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve targets
