Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 per annum


Job Overview

Home Needs Express is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to promote our Nisa Local store, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will manage local marketing campaigns, digital presence, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
* Manage in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Oversee social media pages and local advertising activities
* Analyse customer trends and market opportunities
* Build relationships with local communities and suppliers
* Create promotional materials and marketing content
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
* Support brand consistency across all channels
* Organise local events and customer engagement activities
* Manage marketing budgets effectively

Skills

Qualifications

* GCSEs or equivalent
* Marketing qualification or business-related qualification preferred

Experience

* Previous marketing experience preferred
* Experience in retail or local business marketing desirable
* Knowledge of social media platforms and promotions
* Experience managing campaigns and analysing results.
