We are recruiting for our very well established and long standing engineering business in the heart of Grantham. They are looking for an Assembly Fitter to join the company due to continued growth and an ever growing and robust order book.
Working Monday to Friday the hours would be Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.15pm and Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm.
The Assembly Fitter will demonstrate:
• Fault-finding, identifying and problem-solving abilities.
• Assembly of generators, motors using hand tools and air tools
• Following drawings and diagrams
• Take responsibility for paperwork and job sheets.
We are looking for candidates who have worked as an assembly fitter, mechanical fitter, production assembly in a fast paced workshop environment within an automotive, industrial maintenance, power generation, electrical, production line, or similar settings.
