Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Assembly Operatives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling in a busy warehouse and supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday.
Training for first 3 weeks from 7am- 3.30pm Monday- Friday
Then moved onto- 1:30pm- 10pm with shift allowance
Based in Grantham.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assembly of packaging
• Following instructions and quality standards
• Ensuring safe, efficent and accurate assembly
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting general warehouse organisation
About You:
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
