Summary
To assist in the monitoring, analysis and interpretation of performance data to produce complex national reports to be presented regularly to NHSE Programme Board. To attend NHSE Programme Board meetings and other ad hoc meetings with the commissioners as designated by the Programme Manager. Post holder will be responsible for the leadership of the administration team. To line manage the Failsafe and Engagement Manager. To be an authorised signatory (up to £1,000) including the ordering of consumables and equipment. To assist the Failsafe and Engagement Manager in the development of a system to ensure the views of all appropriate stakeholders including users and carers are incorporated in the development of the service by information gathered through a variety of patient interventions and interactions such as use surveys. Provide and utilise specialist expertise, advice and support as required. To manage conflict and to defuse potentially hostile, antagonistic, and highly emotive situations identifying and negotiating solutions where necessary. To anticipate barriers to communications and resistance to change and to be able to manage these effectively, liaising and seeking appropriate support as required.
