Summary

Grade: Grade E, SCP 8-11 (£26,823- £28,141 per annum, pro rata)

Hours:

L3 Teaching Assistant: 31hrs 15 mins per week, Term Time plus 1 week (39 wks)

Hours:

Wraparound Care Manager: 10 hrs 15 mins per week, Term Time Only (38 wks)



Please note: This position is for one candidate to cover the two roles outlined on a temporary basis.

We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and supportive team at St. Cuthbert’s. The successful applicant will support and promote the Catholic ethos of our school. The role will involve supporting pupils in EYFS and supervising and leading activities in teatime club.

We are seeking an individual who has:

Previous experience of working with children in EYFS

Previous experience of delivering phonics

Experience of planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

A good understanding of children’s learning

Sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
