Are you passionate about helping students achieve their potential?




Orchards Academy is looking for dedicated and high-calibre tutors to provide targeted academic support to our GCSE students in
English and Mathematics. We are committed to closing the attainment gap and achieving a transformational impact on our
disadvantaged pupils' outcomes.




This role is a vital part of our three-year Pupil Premium Strategy, focusing on high-impact, small-group and one-to-one tuition.




The Role and Flexibility Subject Areas:

GCSE English Language/Literature and GCSE Mathematics.




Activity:

Delivering focused, evidence-based academic intervention, either one-to-one or in small groups (e.g., 1:2, 1:3), during the school
day.




Hours:

The hours are flexible and will be confirmed and scheduled termly based on student need and school timetable availability.




Ideal Candidate:

This casual, claims-based opportunity is perfect for someone in the community looking to work part-time or who is only available
on certain days or at specific times. We will work with you to align the sessions with your availability where possible.
