Long Term Futures is working with a supportive secondary setting in the Burton (DE15) area to appoint a resilient and committed Teaching Assistant to support students as they prepare for their GCSEs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured and highly regulated environment and is confident supporting students with additional needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and on track during a crucial stage in their education.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support during GCSE-focused lessons

Support classroom teachers to differentiate materials and manage learning targets

Work closely with SENCOs and subject leads to implement tailored academic interventions
