Summary
Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a Primary school located near Ashford who are looking to recruit driven and professional Early Years Teaching Assistants.
Ideally you will have experience of working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant with children. This is a setting for early years children, and experience of working with young children, either in an early year's environment or in the wider community.
Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities include:
- To provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
- To liaise with the room leader in preparing the learning environment.
- Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
- Track and monitor children's progression and development.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
The right candidate MUST have:
- Level 3 qualification as an Early Years Teaching Assistant.
- Experience of working with children.
- Knowledge of working with a range of behavioural needs, including SEMH.
- The right to work in the UK.
