Starks Field is a happy and welcoming one-form entry primary school in the London borough of Enfield. The school is in an area of high deprivation and we have large numbers of pupils who are in receipt of free school meals and who have English as an additional language. Our staff aim to provide the children with not just a broad and balanced curriculum but also with opportunities that they might not get at home; we work hard to ensure this and the rewards are immense.

Starks Field is looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled teacher to teach in our school. We are seeking candidates with a passion for teaching who are committed to achieving the highest standards in teaching and learning.
We wish to appoint a teacher who has high expectations for all pupils and who can support our pupils to make progress through providing rich and personalised experiences. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As well as the opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives inane area of high deprivation, we are offering regular time for marking and planning, support from a phase leader and opportunities for career development and progression, with professional development tailored to individual needs.
