What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ HR administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced or 24/7 environment (e.g. security, healthcare,
logistics, retail, hospitality)
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance
* Confident handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage HR data accurately
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to make sound, legally compliant decisions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What You’ll Gain
* A genuine step-up into an HR Advisor role with full support
* Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects
* Opportunities to develop your employee relations and advisory skills
* The chance to make a real impact in a people-focused, operational business
* Career development within a growing organisation
* Access to our employee benefits offering (which includes retail discounts and wellbeing benefits).
