Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30. Every other Saturday 9.00 – 1.00
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our clients East London based dealership.
Duties for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes
YOU – the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
