The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a highly supportive specialist SEN school in the Bromley area from September 2026.
The school caters for pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and communication difficulties, providing a structured and nurturing environment tailored to each student. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact, delivering personalised learning that supports both academic and emotional development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
* Support students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs
* Develop and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets
* Create a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
* Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and professionals

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with pupils with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting
* Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and differentiated teaching approaches
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
