Do you want to make a positive difference in our digital delivery across the Group?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Group Digital Division as Lead Digital Trainer in the Digital Training and Engagement Team.
We have recently developed a groupwide Digital Service providing digital services training and education of systems across University Hospitals of Northamptonshire; Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust ,Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the University Hospitals of Leicester.
Working together as a hospital group provides us with exciting opportunities to deliver benefits over and above what we could achieve as individual organisations and our approach to “do once for both” as set out in our Group Digital Strategy. In the development of our Groupwide Digital service, we have some great opportunities remaining in our teams.
• Using your specialist knowledge to provide efficient, integrated and customer focused training to all staff, delivering excellent customer service, supporting team to ensure that services provided across the group are and continue to be effective, meet the clinical and business needs of the Group, and represent best value for money.
• Support the delivery of the overarching training framework and content for the training strategy and successful delivery of this in in conjunction with the digital training team.
• Using your specialist knowledge, proposal of the individual training approach for each project, sign off by key stakeholders, delivery and review through reflective sessions post go live,
• Demonstrable evidence of continuous improvement to training provision, recommending and implementing improvements to training plans.
• Delivery of ‘Business as Usual’ training plans, carrying out regular reviews to ensure training is ‘fit for purpose’ and meeting the needs of the diverse range of clinicians
Our new strategy, developed with the support and feedback of colleagues, patients, and partners, is our compass for the next seven years (2023-2030).
We have four primary goals:
• high-quality care for all,
• being a great place to work,
• partnerships for impact, and
• research and education excellence
And we will embed health equality in all we do - taking active steps to reduce the avoidable differences in healthcare that some people face, working in partnership with communities.
Our strategy is underpinned by new values and we will work to ensure they are an everyday reality for all:
• we are compassionate,
• we are proud,
• we are inclusive, and
• we are one team
This is an exciting moment as we look to the future with clarity on what we already do well and where we need to focus our energies to make an even bigger difference for the people we serve.
