Summary
The postholder will plan and organise own time. The job will involve job prioritisation of work for others which will involve resolving conflicting diary appointments and schedules. The postholder will liaise with the medical team and appointments department to arrange, cancel or alter clinical commitments to contribute to the smooth running of the department ensuring that patients notes are requested and provided in a timely manner.
