Summary
Youth Services Co-ordinator (Full-Time)
North East Glasgow
£28,000–£30,000 (dependent on experience)
Barmulloch Community Development Company (BCDC) is looking for a Youth Services Co-ordinator to lead and deliver engaging programmes for young people (ages 11–18).
This is a new, funded role focused on empowering young people through meaningful activities, community partnerships, and youth-led development.
About You
Experience in youth work, community development, or project management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and engagement skills
Passion for supporting and empowering young people
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Role Highlights
Lead youth programmes from design to delivery
Manage staff and volunteers
Work with schools and community partners
Monitor impact and report to stakeholders
