Summary
Retail Assistant Manager
Lincoln
£29,250 per annum
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Red Recruitment 24:7 are advertising on behalf of a prestigious client for a Retail Assistant Manager to join a high-end boutique store in Lincoln.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a luxury retail environment offering over 2,000 items including watches, jewellery, pens, and exclusive pieces. The store provides a premium customer experience, this is not a hard-selling environment – the focus is on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating a memorable customer experience.
You will support the day-to-day running of the store, managing a small team while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the management and development of a team of 7 staff
Delivering a premium, relationship-led customer experience
Assisting with stock control and product setup (in-store and online platform)
Carrying out administrative and back-office duties
Supporting marketing and promotional activities
Maintaining confidentiality when handling high-value items
Ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
5 days per week
Includes Saturdays
1 weekday off
No Sundays or Bank Holidays
The Ideal Candidate
Passion for luxury retail, particularly watches and jewellery
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate (front and back office systems)
Organised with good attention to detail
Trustworthy and professional due to high-value stock
A flair for marketing and promoting a business
Experience in the industry is not essential – attitude and enthusiasm are key.
Desirable
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
