Summary

The Funding, Bids & Evaluation Officer will play a key role in securing funding to sustain, develop, and grow Park

Farm Community Centre. The postholder will lead on researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting high-

quality funding bids, and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on funded projects.

The role will support the long-term sustainability of the Community Centre and help demonstrate the impact of its

work to funders, partners, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities


Funding & Bid Writing

· Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with the aims and priorities of Park Farm Community

Centre

· Write, submit, and manage funding applications, bids, and expressions of interest

· Develop compelling funding narratives using evidence, data, and community impact

· Maintain a funding pipeline and calendar of funding deadlines

· Work with Directors and staff to plan funding priorities and future bids

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

· Design and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems for funded projects

· Collect, manage, and analyse data relating to outputs, outcomes, and impact

· Produce funder reports, evaluations, and case studies to required standards and deadlines

· Work closely with staff and volunteers to ensure accurate and consistent data collection

Partnership & Development Support

· Liaise with funders, partners, and other key stakeholders

· Support sustainability planning and income diversification

· Contribute to business planning and organisational development strategies

Compliance & Quality

· Ensure all funded projects meet funder requirements and contractual obligations
