Summary
Are you a proactive, determined HR professional looking to be part of an innovative and outcome driven team?
Working within the Northern Care Alliance, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with the services within the organisation. The HR Advisor will work to provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service to a allocated areas within the Trust. They will also support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of key HR objectives.
We're looking for a HR professional to join our team as a HR Advisor on a temporary basis to play a crucial role in providing high quality HR services. You will have the support of an HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor team and the wider HR Team.
Main duties of the job:
• As a key member of the HR team, the post holder will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on employment issues.
• To provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service .
