• Manage the home’s budget, including staffing, resources, and expenditure, to achieve financial targets without compromising quality.
• Lead on safeguarding and risk management, ensuring concerns are identified, reported, investigated, and acted upon promptly.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and standards, preparing for and responding to inspections and regulatory visits.

• Recruit, supervise, coach, and appraise staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Home Manager or Deputy Manager role within a residential or nursing care setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• Demonstrable experience in care planning and assessment, with a focus on person-centred approaches.
• Solid experience of budgeting and financial management within a care home or similar environment.
• In-depth understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and incident reporting within adult social care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), and current best practice in care.
