Duration: 6 months initial term
Pay: £700 - £750 per day PAYE
Location: 2 days per week in our Stratford, London office (In September 2026, we move to 50% in office across the month)

About the project:
This role sits within a fast‑moving AI transformation programme, focused on the rollout of agentic AI solutions later this year.
Key elements include:
- Delivery of agentic proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs) progressing toward production rollout
- Solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
- Operating in an emerging technology space where requirements evolve rapidly and delivery approaches may change as the technology matures
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple AI initiatives within an agentic AI programme. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable shaping delivery in real time, and can confidently manage senior stakeholders while balancing multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across multiple AI PoCs, effectively managing a mini‑portfolio of initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to flush out and refine requirements, define delivery approaches and roadmaps and identify and manage multiple delivery routes where appropriate
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, from initiation and planning through to implementation and transition into BAU
- Balance innovation with governance, ensuring appropriate controls while enabling pace
- Manage delivery across a complex stakeholder landscape, including:
- A core AI programme team of 10-12 specialists
- Wider business contributors aligned to specific projects
- Engagement with Heads of Department and Directors (c. 20 stakeholders)
- Act as a trusted delivery lead, bringing clarity and structure to projects where outcomes may not be fully defined at the outset
Skills:
Essential:
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, large‑scale programmes (£1m+)
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and agentic solutions
- Proven experience in complex IT and technology‑led change, ideally including emerging or fast‑evolving technologies
- Strong background in end‑to‑end project lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with significant business change and stakeholder impact
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at senior and executive levels
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty, adapting plans as requirements evolve
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with: Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
- Technical awareness sufficient to challenge, translate, and align between business and delivery teams (hands‑on development not required)
