Desian Education Recruitment are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full time on a long-term basis within a school in Knowsley, starting as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within an educational setting.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils in the classroom, either 1:1, in small groups or whole-class support
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Support children with their academic, social and emotional development
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✅ Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Have experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
• Ideally hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or above)
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or have documentation to apply for one
• Have full Right to Work in the UK
• Be reliable, committed and passionate about education
