Summary
We are seeking a highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Proactive and solution-focused, you will be responsible for line managing our administration and reception teams across multiple offices, health & safety, facilities management including ensuring safe issue/return of IT/comms equipment to staff.

We are looking for someone who:
Highly organised, with a proven track record in office and facilities management
Experienced in supervising staff and volunteers, with excellent people management and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Confident in managing health & safety, IT, and facilities issues.

Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting colleagues across teams.
In possession of a full driving licence and use of own vehicle as the role requires travel across multiple offices, as business need dictates.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
Lead on all aspects of office management, including administration, facilities, health & safety, and equipment issue
Line manage and support administrative staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Oversee personnel administration, including staff records, holiday/sickness tracking, and support recruitment and induction processes
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth running of office facilities
Uphold the values and principles of Citizens Advice Mid Mercia in all aspects of your work

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Location: role is predominantly office-based and includes travel across all offices (Church Gresley, Derby & Tamworth). Potential for hybrid working, as business need allows.
