Role: Cover Supervisor (Secondary Schools)
Are you looking for flexible work in education? Schools across Taunton are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools with day-to-day and short-term cover.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensure students stay on task with pre-set work, and maintain good behaviour in the classroom.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with young people (desirable)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confidence leading a classroom
• A positive and proactive attitude
