Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across the Taunton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a flexible and rewarding role.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that learning continues in a structured and positive environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Please note: this role does not require lesson planning or marking, allowing you to focus on classroom management and student engagement.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the potential for a permanent role in some cases.
