Summary
Senior Clinical Site Manager - 8a
We are seeking a Clinical Site Manager to join the Clinical Site Team at St Bartholomew Hospital. The postholder will support the team and wider site operations, ensuring that operational challenges are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain site flow. This role involves working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated service delivery.
This role plays a key part in supporting operational performance, patient flow, and clinical and site leadership teams to deliver high‑quality care.

The postholder will work collaboratively to manage site challenges and support services across the hospital on a 24‑hour basis. St Bartholomew’s Hospital is a specialist centre, hosting the London Heart Attack Centre and providing tertiary cancer services for East London and North East Essex. The Trust offers development opportunities through structured appraisal within this specialist role.
You will provide support and advice on the coordination of the hospital site and patient flow, working with the Head of Site Management to oversee 24/7 flow. The Senior Clinical Site Managers will respond to enquiries over email and on the telephone using ourWeCarevalues to deliver a high standard of customer service.
