Summary

Nurse Functional Assessor – Aylesbury (Hybrid)
Summary
Structured assessment role for experienced registered nurses. No shifts. No hands-on care.
Overview
Salary: £39,500–£42,000
Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week onsite. Fully remote working is not available.
Monday–Friday role. No nights, weekends, or shifts.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
Applicants must be an NMC-registered RGN, RMN or RNLD with a minimum of one year post-registration experience and recent adult practice.
Right to Work in the UK required. Sponsorship is not available.
What you’ll do

Complete functional health assessments
Explore impact of health conditions on daily living
Review clinical evidence and documentation
Produce accurate, structured reports
Use secure digital assessment systems

What you’ll need

Active NMC registration
Minimum one year post-registration experience
Adult clinical experience
Strong written communication
Confidence using IT systems

Pay & benefits

Salary £39,500–£42,000
Hybrid working model
Monday–Friday office hours
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
