Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Crediton. This is a hands-on role focused entirely on forklift operation, offering long-term opportunities within a well-established production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles.
  • Move stock within warehouse and racking areas.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid, in-date Counterbalance forklift licence.
  • Proven experience in warehouse and forklift operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
