Salary: €80,000 DOE + performance-related bonus

Lead Integrated Facilities at a Global Pharma Site

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in technical services, soft services, and GMP-regulated environments to lead integrated service delivery at a major pharmaceutical site in Limerick.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for overseeing multi-service operations in a complex, compliance-driven setting. You will lead both hard and soft FM services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a best-in-class client experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Integrated Service Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of hard FM (technical services) and soft FM (cleaning, GMP cleaning, catering, hospitality, landscaping, pest control)
  • Drive performance across multiple service lines in a highly regulated GMP environment

Client Leadership

  • Act as the senior on-site lead and key client interface
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure full compliance with GMP/GXP standards, HSE requirements, and audit readiness
  • Embed a culture of quality, safety, and operational discipline

Commercial & Operational Performance

  • Own P&L, budgeting, and cost control
  • Drive efficiencies, service innovation, and value delivery

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of managers and supervisors across multiple disciplines
  • Build a high-performing, accountable, and engaged workforce

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in Facilities Management (hard & soft services)
  • Strong background in GMP or regulated environments (pharma, biotech, med devices, etc.)
  • Experience managing multi-service FM contracts at scale
  • Solid understanding of technical services (M&E, utilities, asset management)
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Degree or qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business
  • NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification
  • Professional FM accreditation (e.g. IWFM, CFM)
