Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and input orders.
• Book carriers outgoing shipments.
• Manage import and export processes, liaising with UK and European distributors.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping as needed and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Learn and adapt to new tasks and processes as required.
Ideal Candidate:
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a small team
• Experience with SAP One software, Excel, and import/export is a plus, but full training will be given
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks
• Confident in communicating with customers
