Summary

Client Support Administrator

Location: Fully remote

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed with candidate (must include 9am-5pm every Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (11am-3pm, email only paid or time back in the week))

Salary: Pro rata £28,000-£29,500 based on number of hours per week agreed.

Join a small, privately owned company supporting around 400 UK car dealerships with compliance systems, audits, and training.

Our client is looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who are committed and ready to contribute.

Recruitment includes telephone and video interview (with assessment), references and a 6-month probation period.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)

- Excellent communication, spelling, and grammar

- Previous industry experience preferred

- Minimum 3 years' remote working experience

The Role

This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:

- Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat, including basic technical guidance aligned with FCA requirements

- Managing user accounts and resolving access issues

- Updating client documentation and training materials in line with regulations

- Producing monthly reports for clients and the FLA

- Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks

- Supporting client onboarding

- Re-engaging users with expired training

- Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues

- Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base
