This position is perfect for someone who wants the stability of full-time hours during the term but values having their holidays free.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare Excellence: Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.
Activity Planning: Assist in creating fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
Safety & Welfare: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safeguarding policies.
Communication: Work closely with the nursery team and provide professional feedback to parents.
Flexibility: Work effectively within your assigned shift pattern (Early or Late).
Requirements
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is preferred, but passionate candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Commitment: Must be able to commit to full-time hours during term time.
Reliability: Punctuality for either the 7:00 AM start or the 6:00 PM finish is essential.
Location: Must be able to commute to Woodford Green (IG8).
