Summary
Are you a dedicated Early Years Professional looking for consistent morning work in Barking? We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team for a permanent, part-time position. This role is strictly term-time only, allowing you to enjoy the school holidays while maintaining a rewarding career in childcare.
Key Responsibilities
Morning Session Delivery: Support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality morning activities centered around the EYFS framework.
Child Development: Track and monitor the progress of children, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Nursery Team to maintain high standards of care and education.
Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding children and health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Communication: Provide daily updates and professional handovers to parents and carers.

Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 Childcare or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a Private Day Nursery, Pre-school, or school setting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements.
Availability: Must be able to commit to 25 hours per week (Morning shifts, Monday–Friday).
Location: Must be able to commute to Barking IG11.
