Summary
Business Administration Apprentice
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception support to the team. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment, supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks while developing valuable workplace skills.
The Role
As an Administrator Apprentice, you will support the smooth running of the office by assisting with a variety of administrative duties and providing a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will work closely with different members of the team and learn essential business administration skills as part of your apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Scanning and organising documents
Recording invoices accurately onto the internal system
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries appropriately
Using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
Inputting data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting team members with general administrative tasks when required
Ensuring company policies are followed, including Health & Safety procedures
