The role:
A thriving and upcoming property company based in Leeds is looking to recruit a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join their team as they expand and make selling properties simpler, faster and more transparent.
They support homeowners throughout England and continue to build on their experience to deliver professional, transparent and ethical property transactions.
This company is looking for someone who’d enjoy a fast-paced office-based role in their new LS1 Leeds office. The new Business Administration Apprentice will be proactive, reliable, and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound calls from property buyers in a professional and confident -manner
-Booking property viewings and managing appointment schedules
-Supporting the creation of property marketing materials, including brochures and listings
-Assisting with social media management (posting content, basic engagement, and updates)
-Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
-Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
-Organised with good attention to detail
-Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, social media platforms)
-An interest in property, sales, or marketing would be beneficial
The Apprenticeship:
The successful applicant will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Hatch Training.
The apprenticeship is 14 months long and you will gain key skills in business administration, including business fundamentals, compliance, communication and professional skills. You will attend remote Tutor-lead training sessions, and build skills in the workplace with guidance from your Support Coach.
To be eligible for the apprenticeship, the successful applicant must meet the below requirements.
Education:
-GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above
-Ability to provide evidence of qualifications
-Willingness to undertake and complete the Level 3 Business Administrator
Apprenticeship
-Must not already hold a Level 3 Business Administration qualification

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
