- Build a positive, supportive rapport with the student, using a patient and empathetic approach to encourage progress.
- Monitor and track progress, adapting lesson plans as needed to ensure effective learning.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students who have SEMH or other learning difficulties.
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build a positive, trusting relationship with the student.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
