Key Responsibilities
New Setting Launch: Contribute to the setup and growth of a new nursery environment, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
EYFS Excellence: Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to provide high-quality education and care.
Child Development: Track milestones, plan engaging activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing space for all children.
Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive management team to maintain a positive and professional nursery culture.
Communication: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and provide regular developmental updates.
Requirements (Essential)
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Experience: Experience in a nursery setting is preferred, but we value talent and a willingness to learn.
Location: Must be able to commute to Ipswich IP1 1LH.
