Summary

Site Supervisor (SSSTS) – Ongoing Contract

Location: PE37 Area, Norfolk
Start Date: 20/04/2026
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (Monday–Friday)
Ongoing work with potential weekends available

Opportunity:
We are looking for a strong Site Supervisor to join an established contractor on a long-term infrastructure project in the Norfolk area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running gangs on site and is looking for consistent, ongoing work.

You will be working on a busy project with a solid pipeline of works, supporting key groundworks and ducting packages.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and leading operatives on site
  
• Overseeing groundworks including trenching, ducting, and installations
  
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
  
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities and supporting the wider team
  
• Assisting with installation of ducts, draw pits, and manholes
  
• Supporting lifting operations and general civils works
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • SSSTS – essential
    
  • HSG47 CAT 1 & CAT 2
    
  • PVM / Banksman
    
  • Slinger / Signaller
    
  • Proven experience supervising groundworks or civils teams
    
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage teams effectively
